The MOObile Food Truck specializes in smash burgers and tallow fries. All smash burgers are cooked to order. We raise our beef at Pierce Creek Cattle Company in Lonedell, MO, just an hour away from St. Louis. It's all pasture-raised, with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. We are bringing you pure, wholesome, and delicious beef. Our fries are cooked in 100% locally sourced tallow. Companion Baking Co. bakes our bread and buns. We source as many local items as possible.
