*Food Truck Event* The MOObile, one of the newest Chamber members, will be at the Danforth Plant Science Center, located at 975 N. Warson, on Tuesday, April 29, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The event is open to the public.
The MOObile Food Truck is the brainchild of Pierce Creek Cattle Company, a fourth-generation farm in Lonedell, Missouri. The mission is to provide healthy, locally and pastured-raised beef with a commitment to quality and sustainability. We do not use any unnecessary antibiotics or added hormones. We are truly farm-to-table, with a “from-scratch” kitchen.
On Tuesday, we will be offering a menu of items for sale that includes smash burgers, a specialty burger, Chipotle mayo grilled cheese, tallow fries, and dipping sauces. We use as many local ingredients as possible, including buns and bread from Companion Baking Co. Menu prices are listed on the link below,
